Maryhill Museum of Fine Arts was awarded a judgment against Allen-McMath-Hawkins (architects) and Emil's Concrete Construction Company (Emil) jointly and severally. The museum appeals the court's award of damages contending: (1) the damages should have been measured as of the time of the trial rather than the date the construction was completed and, alternatively, (2) prejudgment interest should have been awarded...
