MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

HADEN, Chief Judge.

This is an appeal from an order of the bankruptcy court for this district. The Appellant, Credit Alliance Corporation ("CAC"), appeals a ruling which disallowed its claim against the estate of the debtor, the Appellee herein, Concord Coal Corporation ("Concord"). A record has been designated and the parties have briefed the issues.
