Patricia Warren, respondent and trustee of her deceased husband's estate, sought a declaration that the policy insuring the automobile in which her husband was killed provided underinsured motorist coverage. The trial court concluded that coverage existed and granted a summary judgment against appellant, American Family Mutual Insurance Company.
