We herein consider that portion of a motion by PAINEWEBBER, INC., the corporate former employer of the Plaintiff-Debtor which was the sole original Defendant in this proceeding (hereinafter referred to as "PW"), seeking to dismiss those Counts of the Debtor's Amended Complaint based upon defamation (Count II) and intentional infliction of emotional distress (Count III).
