This accounting action has consumed more than twenty-five years of litigation between Trans World Airlines, Inc. ("TWA"), and the late Howard R. Hughes and his wholly owned enterprise, Hughes Tool Company ("Toolco").1 In length of time, although certainly not in other respects, it may almost seem reminiscent of Jarndyce and Jarndyce.2...
