PER CURIAM.

Arthur Porter, Jr., appeals from a jury verdict finding him guilty of three counts of possession with intent to distribute cocaine and one count of conspiracy to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846. On appeal, Porter argues the district court1 erred in failing to sustain his motion to suppress evidence obtained during a warrantless search of his locked briefcase. We affirm.
