The appellant, Leldon D. Spurlin, was convicted in Cleburne County District Court of driving on the wrong side of the road, in violation of § 32-5A-80, Code of Alabama 1975, and driving under the influence of alcohol, in violation of § 32-5A-191(a)(1), Code of Alabama 1975. A trial de novo was held in Cleburne County Circuit Court, where appellant was again found guilty of these two charges. Appellant was fined $50 for the driving...
