DOOLEY, Justice.

This case involves a claim submitted against the estate of Rutherford Farr by

Robert and Ramona Fuller. The probate court allowed the claim but reduced it by the amount of a cash transfer made to the claimants by Rutherford Farr before his death. On appeal, the superior court rejected the theory that the transfer should be set off against the Fuller's claim. Thus, the court allowed the claim in full...
