This is an appeal from an order of the trial court vacating that portion of an arbitrator's award directing the Milwaukee Board of School Directors to reimburse the Milwaukee Teachers' Education Association for "the reasonable cost of attorney fees which the Association incurred in litigating" the grievance that was the subject of the arbitration. The dispute underlying the arbitration concerned the Board's appointment of persons to permanent teaching positions...
