Defendant, after trial by jury, was convicted of sexual assault on a minor in violation of 13 V.S.A. § 3252(3). He first moved below for a new trial, and when that was denied, appealed here. We reverse.

On April 9, 1984, defendant was charged with committing sexual acts on a minor during the period from September, 1982 to July, 1983. Defendant requested more precise specification of the alleged criminal...
