Plaintiff Eugenia Balwinski appeals as of right from a judgment of no cause of action entered in favor of defendant City of Bay City following a bench trial. Plaintiff's complaint alleged age discrimination by defendant in violation of MCL 37.2101 et seq.; MSA 3.548(101) et seq. We affirm.
