On June 20, 1984, plaintiff filed this action against defendant, alleging discrimination under the Michigan Handicappers' Civil Rights Act (MHCRA), MCL 37.1101 et seq.; MSA 3.550(101) et seq. Defendant's motion for summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(4), lack of subject-matter jurisdiction, was granted on September 12, 1986. We affirm.
