FACTS

The appellant, Richard Dullanty, is an attorney licensed to practice in the state of Washington. In early 1986, Dullanty became in-house counsel for the debtor, Selectors, Inc. Selectors was not in bankruptcy at that time. Dullanty's employment by Selectors was governed by an employment contract executed on February 20, 1986.
