These are timely cross-appeals by defendants Colonial Penn Insurance Company ("Colonial"), and Prudential Insurance Company ("Prudential"), of a January 14, 1987 trial court Order entering summary judgment in favor of defendant Pennsylvania Assigned Claims Plan ("the Plan").
