Plaintiff appeals as of right from an order granting defendants' motion for summary disposition and denying plaintiff's cross-motion for summary disposition. MCR 2.116(C)(10). The trial court held that plaintiff's claims under the Civil Rights Act, MCL 37.2101 et seq.; MSA 3.548(101) et seq., were barred by application of the Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment. We affirm.
