This is an appeal from an order denying Robert Beecher's motion to vacate an order modifying the custody provisions of a divorce judgment. The issue is whether a stipulated order modifying custody must be vacated because the trial court conducted no evidentiary hearing and made no findings. We conclude that the parties' stipulation as to their children's custody is sufficient to support the trial court's order...
