Ordered that the amended judgment is modified, on the law, by reducing the sentence imposed on the defendant's conviction of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree from an indeterminate term of 1 to 3 years' imprisonment to a determinate term of one year's imprisonment; as so modified, the amended judgment is affirmed.
