The order of the Appellate Division should be affirmed.

Defendant was charged in an indictment with various offenses, including reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, resulting from an incident in which he discharged a firearm in the direction of several men. In the words of the indictment, the weapon possession count accused him "of the crime of CRIMINAL POSSESSION...
