OPINION

STONE (S.J.), P.J.

Wilfredo Tovar Hernandez appeals from a superior court judgment granting Raymond and Delia Mendoza's (respondents) motion for judgment pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 631.8. The judgment follows a trial de novo in superior court under Labor Code section 98.2, which was requested by respondents to challenge an award of overtime wages to appellant by the Labor Commissioner.
