This cause came on to be heard on the defendant's Motion for Directed Verdict after plaintiff had rested.

This court previously denied defendant's motion for summary judgment because plaintiff had made some suggestion that she would be able to establish some inference as to the third element of a retaliation claim enunciated in Whatley v. Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority,
