Larry W. Brisco was charged by bill of information with two counts of attempted second degree murder in violation of La. R.S. 14:27 & 14:30.1. After trial by jury, defendant was found guilty of attempted manslaughter on both counts. Thereafter, the trial judge sentenced him to serve six years at hard labor on each count and enhanced each sentence under La.R.S. 14:95.2 by an additional two years without benefit of parole, probation or suspension...
