PER CURIAM:

Roger King, a Vice-President of J.J. King of Monroe, Inc., a distributor of highway maintenance equipment, appeals from his conviction under 18 U.S.C. §§ 1341 and 1342 (1982) of two counts of mail fraud. The evidence against King showed that he participated in a scheme in which the prices of various equipment offered for sale to two municipalities were inflated. Under the scheme, King broke the offering price down into several separate components...
