TURNAGE, Chief Justice.

K.M.H., a youth, appeals an order of the Tenth Judicial District Youth Court, Fergus County, waiving jursidiction and transferring K.M.H. from Youth Court to District Court. The Youth Court's order was based on a December 4, 1986, petition alleging that K.M.H. is a delinquent youth and alleging that K.M.H. committed deliberate homicide and attempted deliberate homicide.

We affirm.
