Suit was brought for damages sustained as a result of allegedly faulty design and construction of a building contracted for by plaintiff. Liability against both defendant Bob Seger, an architect, and defendant Urban Engineering Company, the firm retained to provide "survey engineering services," was premised on breach of contract and negligence.
