This consolidated appeal presents a novel, if not unique, problem involving the custody of a minor child. In the March 29, 1976, judgment of divorce, plaintiff wife, Charlene Even-house, was given custody of the minor child of that marriage, Nicole, born March 31, 1973. Subsequently, plaintiff moved to Houston, Texas with the child. This was done without permission of the court. Consequently on January 24, 1979, the judgment of divorce was modified...
