Two years ago, defendant Ingram Equipment Company, Inc. ("the Company") discharged plaintiff Terrell McGinnis, a black man. McGinnis subsequently brought this action, claiming that he was subjected to discriminatory conditions of employment and eventually discharged because of his race.
