PER CURIAM.

In this disciplinary proceeding, the Trial Panel of the Disciplinary Board of the Oregon State Bar found the accused guilty of disciplinary rule violations in each of the Bar's ten causes of complaint. Based upon its findings and conclusions, the Trial Panel recommended suspending the accused from the practice of law for six months, with execution of the entire period of suspension stayed, and placing the accused on probation with conditions
