This is an appeal from a trial court's ruling in a non-jury trial which granted the defendants' motion for judgment of dismissal following the close of the plaintiffs' evidentiary presentation.

The plaintiffs, the wife and children of Willie E. Brunson, brought a wrongful death and survival action for the death of their husband and father, who was injured in an automobile accident on February 5, 1985 in Jena, Louisiana. Made defendants in the...
