In this action, plaintiff Allied Bank of Texas sued several defendants to recover on unconditional contracts of guarantee. Plaintiff moved for summary judgment, and after hearing Oral Argument on June 24, 1988, the Court, by Order dated July 1, 1988, granted plaintiff's motion for summary judgment and dismissed defendants' counterclaims, for the reasons set forth on the record.
