WEBSTER, J.

Janet Ramquist appeals an order terminating her parental rights to her son Zachary. She raises issues of standing, sufficiency of the evidence, and guardianship as a less restrictive alternative to termination. We affirm.

FACTS

Zachary Ramquist, who is now 9 years old, has not lived with his biological mother, Janet Ramquist, since he was 4 months old. Mental illness rendered Ramquist unable to care for herself or Zachary at the time...
