CYNAR, P.J.

Following a jury trial in Ingham Circuit Court, on April 26, 1985, defendant was convicted of first-degree felony murder, MCL 750.316; MSA 28.548, and second-degree murder, MCL 750.317; MSA 28.549. Defendant was sentenced to life imprisonment on both convictions. He appeals as of right raising eight issues. We affirm.
