This is a divorce case.

The parties were married in 1950. In 1981 the parties separated and entered into a separation agreement. In 1985 the husband filed a complaint for divorce. The divorce was granted in March 1986 after a hearing at which the husband and his attorney were present but neither the wife nor her attorney was present.
