Defendant Airlines Capital Corporation, Inc. (Airlines) appeals from the summary judgment for the issuance of a writ of possession which plaintiff Exit Company Limited Partnership (Exit) sought under count I of its complaint and, also, from the lower court's order denying Airlines' motion for reconsideration.
