PER CURIAM:
Sometime during the afternoon of May 19, 1984, appellant Karen Jackson shot and injured Thomas Pinsonault. A jury found appellant guilty of one count of battery with the use of a deadly weapon, and the district court sentenced appellant to a term of five years in the Nevada State Prison.
