Defendant pled guilty to attempted larceny in a building, MCL 750.360; MSA 28.592 and MCL 750.92; MSA 28.287. Defendant does not challenge his conviction, but appeals a provision of his sentence.

The trial court sentenced defendant to two years probation with the first ninety days to be served in the county jail. Relevant to this appeal, one of the conditions of probation required defendant to pay room and board while in jail, payment to commence...
