Relator Maureen Shafer brings this petition for writ of mandamus to command the Honorable Theo Bedard, Judge of the 330th Judicial District Court of Dallas County, Texas, to vacate a protective order restricting her use of the financial records of partnerships and corporations in which her husband owns an interest.
