The plaintiff husband, Christopher H. Bouzon, was granted a judgment of divorce based on living separate and apart from the defendant wife continuously for more than a year. The defendant wife, Christine P. Bouzon, appealed and contends the trial court erred in denying her motion for a continuance and proceeding with the case in the absence of her counsel.
