OPINION

BUSSEY, Judge:

Appellant, Gary Owens Webb, was convicted in the District Court of Comanche County, Case No. CRF-85-280, of the crime Uttering a Forged Instrument, After Former Conviction of Two Felonies. He was sentenced to twenty-five (25) years imprisonment and brings this appeal.
