BULLOCK, District Judge.

Grady Dominic Cunningham was convicted in this court of bank robbery, a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a), on November 21, 1985. At the time of jury selection defense counsel objected that the prosecutor's use of peremptory challenges was racially motivated.
