The appellant alleges that the evidence at his jury trial does not support his conviction for conspiracy to traffic in cocaine. We agree and reverse.

The crime of conspiracy involves an express or implied agreement between two or more people to commit a criminal offense. Both an agreement and an intent to commit the offense are necessary elements. Beke v. State, 423 So.2d 417 (Fla. 2d DCA 1982)...
