The state appeals the trial court's order granting the defendant's motion to dismiss for failure of the state to bring defendant to trial within 180 days as required under the provisions of the Interstate Agreement on Detainers (IAD), sections 941.45-941.50, Florida Statutes (1985). The trial court's finding that defendant substantially complied with the statute is supported by the evidence and we affirm. State v. Roberts,
