PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff appeals as of right from an order of summary disposition under MCR 2.116(C)(8). The trial court found that plaintiff's complaint had failed to state a claim against defendant because foreseeability of harm and a duty owed to the injured party were not present as a matter of law. We affirm the order granting summary disposition.
