The appellant in this case appeals an order of the Fayette Circuit Court dismissing the complaint against the appellee on the grounds of res judicata.

The appellant, Tony W. Arnold, was employed as an assistant manager for the appellee, K-Mart Corporation. On June 11, 1986, the appellant was discharged from his employment.
