Plaintiffs commenced this adversary proceeding against the debtors/defendants to have the court determine whether an alleged debt is nondischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6). Plaintiffs tried their case to the court after their request for a jury trial was denied and at the conclusion of their case-in-chief, the defendants moved to dismiss.
