GIVAN, Justice.

A jury trial resulted in a conviction of appellant of Murder. She was sentenced to thirty-eight (38) years imprisonment.

The facts are: On September 9, 1985, at approximately 10:30 p.m., appellant and Vanita Williams were in the Glen Park area of Gary, Indiana, soliciting as prostitutes. The victim Momir Vlahovic approached them in his automobile, and after a brief conversation, he left with appellant presumably for her to perform sexual favors...
