Petitioner, Lake Superior State University, appeals as of right from the Chippewa County Probate Court's December 30, 1987, order denying its petition for construction of a will and specific performance of a contract. We affirm.

The MacLaren sisters, F. Jean MacLaren Bowman and Evangeline MacLaren Thwaites, were very involved in civic activities in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, and often contributed money to several civic projects in the area. Through...
