Appellant, David Dickerson, was convicted of a fourth DWI offense, sentenced to two years in the Arkansas Department of Correction, fined $1,000.00, and his driver's license was revoked. On appeal to this court, he contends the trial court erred in allowing the introduction into evidence of a certified copy of a prior DWI conviction from the Marked Tree Municipal Court.
