Anthony DiPasquale, following a trial and conviction by a jury on four counts of violations of 18 U.S.C. § 894(a), was sentenced on May 9, 1983, to serve the maximum prison term provided for each of the four violations to run consecutively to each other, a total of 80 years in prison.
