Plaintiff Harry J. Thornton has moved for reargument of this Court's decision granting summary judgment for defendant Pendleton Woolen Mills, Inc. ("Pendleton") on Thornton's claim pursuant to the Age Discrimination in Employment Act ("ADEA"), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq.
