Spring and Dawn Locey were injured while riding in an automobile owned by their father. The driver of the auto, a friend of their father, was not insured. Farmers Insurance Company of Idaho, the insurer of the auto, denied the Loceys' claim for either liability or uninsured motorist coverage. The Loceys brought this action.
